Sagemont Baptist Church



Sagemont Baptist Church is in Houston, Texas. Their mission is to provide living proof of a loving God to a watching world. They achieve this mission through worship, connecting, learning, praying, serving, and giving.

The church has 5 pastors, heading them up is Dr. John Morgan. He has been serving the church since 1966 and is the author of the Financial Freedom Seminar, which was presented to over 1 million people. Here is an image of him, as well as the other pastors at the church:


The church offers several services for people to attend. On Sundays, they have a "legacy" service at 8:00am, a "blend" service at 9:30am and 11:00am, and an awaken service at 9:30am and 11:00am. On Wednesdays they offer a foundations of the faith starting at 4:30pm which includes dinner followed by fellowship. They also offer a Spanish service on Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00am. As if that wasn't enough, they offer all of those services live online so you can view them on your own time.

Laurelton Park Baptist Church

Laurelton Park Baptist Church is in Brick, New Jersey. They are an independent Baptist church that have been around since 1962. They enjoy having new visitors come to their church and believe that Heaven is a free gift, that man is a sinner and cannot save himself, God sent his Son to die for the sins of the world and that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life, and that salvation is by trusting Jesus.

They have Sunday School at 9:00am on Sundays, a worship service at 10:00am on Sundays, and a 7:00pm Sunday fellowship and bible group. On Wednesdays, there is a bible study and prayer time at 7:00pm for adults, then a separate for the youth group (grades 7-12) and a KidsKlub for 1st-6th grades.

On here, they have a calendar so you can go to the events they have planned, like a family movie night on December 4, 2011 at 7:00pm, they're watching "The Nativity." They also have caroling and cookies coming up on December 9 and family Christmas dinner on December 17.

Hemptown Baptist Church

Hemptown Baptist Church is in Morganton, Georgia. Pastor David Whitener is the pastor there. He has been so since January 2006.

At this church they have a youth group for children to join. The website even has a page where you can listen and watch different programs they have posted on there. There is also a page on their website where you can read and submit prayer requests.

They have a calendar that you can view. Currently posted is information regarding the Children's Christmas Play, Choir Practice for Christmas Musical, and Service at Life Care.

The Hemptown Baptist Church has service times on Sundays at 11:00am and 6:00pm. There is Sunday School at 10:00am on Sundays which holds classes for all ages. Then on Sundays, they also hold choir practice as 5:00pm, before evening worship. On Wednesdays, they hold what is called Awana and Youth Group at 6:15pm and a Prayer Meeting at 6:30pm.

Gospel Baptist Church John Whitaker

The Gospel Baptist Church with Pastor John Whitaker is in Black Creek, Georgia. They have a very helpful website which gives information about what the church believes and even have notes that the pastor has written.

John Whitaker has been serving at this church since May 2011 and has served as a bible institute instructor, church planter, and was a former evangelist.

From their website, you can find out how to contact them, and see about special meetings, daily devotions, prayers, and bible studies. You can even listen to Pastor Whitaker's sermons.

To visit this church, you can attend on Sundays for Sunday School at 10am followed by worship at 11am, or attend their Sunday evening worship at 5pm. There is also a praise, prayer, and preaching service on Wednesdays at 7:30pm.
